Do’s and Don’ts

Never use a customer care number of any company just directly from google. Always make sure you use the number from that company’s official website.

Similarly, do not click on links from emails pretending to be from your bank. As described on our website, this may be an attempt to phish by using a fake website. 

If someone is calling you posing to be calling from some government department, do check their authenticity by noting down their organization name etc and then cross-check yourself about these details.

Don’t give your OTP details to anyone.

Don’t share your personal details like Aadhaar card, PAN card details or even password with anyone online even if they seem very genuine. No bank will ask you for this information.
